These Tunturi Olympic Weight Plates are ideal for a strength training and you can use them both at home and in the gym. The set contains 2 plates weighing 1.25 kg. each. The weight plates are made of rubber, therefore they protect your floor and you can hold them in your hands comfortably. You can attach the weight plates to a 50 mm. weight bar, but you can also use them loose. That’s because the plates are equipped with two handles.
